Numbered film sequences
The Inside Out, Moana, Sonic and John Wick collections keep connected films together. Read the year as well as the number. A later film can be a deliberate rewatch, but it should not become the accidental starting point merely because it appears higher in a popularity list.
Subtitles can identify a continuation
Wicked: For Good and Shazam! Fury of the Gods are not quality labels for earlier films. They are separate productions. Open each page to compare its description and release year, then choose the story you intend to watch.
Related shows keep their own seasons
The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Legacies are individual series. The Boys and Gen V are also separate shows. A shared fictional world does not justify combining their episode counts. Save a checkpoint for each show you follow.
Choose without a plot recap
Our collections help identify the connected titles. You do not need to read a detailed ending explanation to put films in release sequence. Use the basic descriptions and keep the surprises for the actual watch.
